Introduction to the Training Unit

The Training Unit at the Applied College strives to provide high-quality training in accordance with national and international quality standards. This is achieved through assessing the training needs of target groups, organizing training programs, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating their effectiveness and impact.

Training Unit Tasks

The Training Unit at the Applied College undertakes the following tasks:

• Deliver flexible programs aligned with current and future labor market needs.

• Establish productive partnerships with the public, private, and non-profit sectors to enhance the role of the Applied College in community development and in meeting its needs.

• Enhance the skills and capabilities of trainees in line with labor market requirements.

• Improve the professional competence of national cadres.

• Support localization programs and contribute to reducing professional gaps and vulnerabilities.
